Cancellation policy

Disputes and issues
If dissatisfied with a completed inspection, submit a dispute within 72 hours. Our NZ-based support team reviews each case individually. Rview may offer a partial refund, arrange a re-review, or decline the dispute at its discretion.
Call-out fees
If a seller prevents inspection completion, reviewers may receive a call-out fee of up to 50% of the inspection price (with verifiable evidence of attendance). This is deducted from the lister's refund.

How do reviewers get paid?
Once the lister approves the inspection report (or 72 hours pass), funds are released to the reviewer's account. Payouts are processed via Stripe.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Bank transfers will be available soon.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Reviewers keep 85% of each job with no monthly fees. Note: Stripe processing fees are non-refundable as they're retained by Stripe.
